If you wish to return a product purchased directly from us, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. For products purchased through a third-party retailer, the retailer's own returns policy applies.
8. Warranty
All HiQ products are covered by a standard 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. An extended 5-year warranty is available if registered within 90 days of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
